Operations Manual

One of the most common and essential needs of any successful organization is a guide as to how business of the organization is conducted. Such is the case with our Chapter.

The Board of Directors of the Chapter has adopted this Operations Manual as that guide that will direct members as to details involving the numerous facets of Chapter business and operations.

This manual is not intended to replace nor serve as bylaws for our Chapter. This manual is designed to be a supplement to the bylaws of the Chapter and to serve as a guide in areas not covered by the Chapter’s and EAPA’s Bylaws. The Bylaws Committee of the Chapter will be responsible for maintaining the manual including updating/revising on a continuing basis. Any changes to this manual must be approved by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members of the Board of Directors as described in the Chapter Bylaws.
